What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans change! Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your rental date will receive a full refund. For changes made less than 48 hours out, please contact us directly, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Can I set up the simulator myself?

Our simulators are designed for quick and easy setup; however, for a seamless experience, our staff will be onsite to handle both setup and breakdown of the equipment. This ensures everything is professionally installed, properly configured, and ready for your guests to enjoy—while also allowing us to efficiently remove the equipment at the conclusion of your event.
